Wrestling has forever changed my life and I’m not sure what I would do without it. These are the best coaches I’ve had in 14 years of being an athlete — so genuine, loving, and caring for their athletes on and off the mat.

I know that failure is really just part of the sport, and I need to accept it and learn from those experiences.

This weekend didn’t go how I wanted, but you kept me going and I learned so much. I’m so thankful you’ve come into my life.
